The purpose of the role: Help the business grow through effective CRM communications: attract, retain and return customers, increase the frequency of purchases, create processes that increase their loyalty and value to the company.
Main tasks:
- Work with the client base, form segments and find new approaches to communication with clients.
- Plan, launch and optimize email, push, Viber, SMS campaigns.
- Set up trigger scenarios (welcome, reactivation, cross-sell, etc.) and monitor their effectiveness.
- Run pop-up and interaction scenarios, conduct A/B tests and implement the best solutions.
- Monitor key indicators (Open Rate, CTR, conversion, Churn Rate, LTV, etc.) and look for new points growth.
- Collaborate with analysts and technical teams to improve reporting and automate CRM processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on campaign results.
Experience, knowledge and skills required in this positions:
- From 2 years of experience in CRM or e-mail marketing.
- You understand how newsletters and trigger campaigns work
- You know how to segment the base and select communications for different audiences.
- You know how to launch newsletters (email, push, Viber, SMS).
- Experience with any platforms for newsletters (eSputnik, SendPulse or similar).
- You speak Ukrainian well.

- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Responsibility, initiative, attention to details.
- Ability to generate ideas and implement innovations.
- Willingness to develop, monitor CRM and marketing trends.
