What you will be doing: Segmentation of the client base to build personal communication; Interaction with the commercial department in the process of creating advertising communications; Coordination and launch of notification flows through various channels of communication with clients ;Launch of segments, support and control of promotions for clients;Support, improvement of CRM automation processes, including setting up and optimization of customer data management systems;Implementation of innovative approaches.We prefer candidates with:Experience in CRM systems from 1 year;Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Docs; the ability to analyze large volumes of information; a high level of work skills in Excel, BI. love to work in a team.
