  • Develop and implement CRM strategies for casino and sports brands, covering the customer life cycle;
  • Plan and analyze promotional campaigns for activation, retention and reactivation of players;
  • Create target segments for campaigns using customer data;
  • Formulate and test CRM hypotheses using A/B testing;
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for promotional materials;
  • Ensure timely promotions during important events;
  • Implement player activation approaches;
  • Create automated customer retention funnels;
  • Monitor key retention metrics weekly and monthly;
  • Improve communication metrics.

We need your professional experience:

  • Gaming or betting industry experience;
  • Experience with email providers and CRM systems;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign results and provide practical conclusions;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
