Product iGaming company invites to join our team a talented CRM Manager who will be a key link in building innovative and effective marketing solutions.

Your future tasks:
 

• Define CRM strategy for brands, create CRM plan with activities for all customer life cycles;
• Create individual campaigns for each user segment that increase their activity and return.
• Analyze and create segments for promotional campaigns;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns and implementation of amendments to improve conversion and retention rates;
• Development of loyalty programs, events and promotions to retain customers, increase their value and extend the term of cooperation;
• li>Analysis and preparation of game events on the site;
• Analysis of content effectiveness and implementation of amendments to improve indicators;
• Creation of automated funnels for player retention;

• Work experience of 2 years in the position of CRM manager, or in a similar position in the direction of Gambling is mandatory;
• Experience of working with CRM platforms will be a big experience with Smartico.ai is an advantage;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and understand the needs of different customer segments;
• Ability to create effective communication strategies using creative solutions.
