What your responsibilities will include:
- Development and implementation of CRM strategy, loyalty programs and Direct communications with the client base.
- Controlling the work of the CRM system, coordinating work on improving processes and setting up the CRM system.
- Organization and supervision of loyalty programs: development, management and control of marketing promotional activities.
- Working with database statistical data, their analysis and segmentation; development of a strategy of interaction with the target audience, taking into account its analysis.
- Management, support and administration of customer database (B2B, B2C).
- Training of internal users, development of instructions for working with the system.
- Compilation and control of budgets, document management.
- Formation of operational reports and presentations.
Skills and skills:
- Experience in CRM/Marketing Automation/Loyalty/Direct Marketing from 3 years.< /li>
- Experience of working with CDP platforms.
- Ownership of toolstechniques for attracting and retaining the client, as well as improving the client experience.
- Practical knowledge of segmentation and cohort data analysis.
- Sales/customer behavior indicators, formation of reporting systems.
- Advanced skills in working with large data sets, analytical tools (experienced user of Excel, experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Skills in working with external contractors (agencies, freelance, etc.).< /li>
- Ukrainian - fluent, English - Intermediate+ (preferred)
- Effective planning, basics of project management, effective communication.
- Attention to details, accuracy in work, creativity .
