CRM manager (credit products) in OTP BANK Ukraine

Friends, we are currently looking for a CRM - manager of credit product development

Your future functional:

• Development and implementation of the CRM strategy for the sale of cash loans, credit cards and installments;
• Launch of multi-channel campaigns (e-mail, SMS, push, call center, branches) to attract customers;
• Segmentation of the customer base, construction of personalized communications and targeting of priority groups;
• Management of the customer life cycle: attraction, retention, reactivation;
• Cooperation with Product-owner, marketing, analysts, call center and as a front office;
• Constant conversion tracking for each channel, analysis of results and optimization of scripts, messages, channels;
• Implementation of automated solutions for communication and new CRM tools.

Our candidate has:

• Experience in banking or finance — from 2-3 years, preferably in the direction of credit sales products;
• Practical experience in managing CRM campaigns and multi-channel marketing;
• Ability to work with large data sets, Excel;
• Deep understanding of behavioral analytics;
• High level of communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Result orientation: ability to think in terms of conversions, CPA, CPL and be responsible for the number of issued products;
• Initiative, strategic thinking, flexibility in approaches
