In connection with the expansion of the department, we are inviting a CRM Administrator to join the team, who will be responsible for setting up, controlling and maintaining the existing CRM system.

Main duties:

  • Setting up and maintaining global and personal work schedules

  • Managing the structure and employees of the department in the CRM system

  • Monitoring and adjusting the base segmentation rules

  • Settings categories, communication results and bonuses

  • Configuration and support of e-mail servers

  • Technical support and training of CRM system employees

  • Testing and implementation of automatic tasks for managers

Our expectations:

  • Experience of working in IT, project manager, system administrator, technical support from a year

  • Experience of working with CRM systems (Creatio, Odoo, or CRM systems in the Call Center - will be a plus)
