In connection with the expansion of the department, we are inviting a CRM Administrator to join the team, who will be responsible for setting up, controlling and maintaining the existing CRM system.
Main duties:
Setting up and maintaining global and personal work schedules
Managing the structure and employees of the department in the CRM system
Monitoring and adjusting the base segmentation rules
Settings categories, communication results and bonuses
Configuration and support of e-mail servers
Technical support and training of CRM system employees
Testing and implementation of automatic tasks for managers
Our expectations:
Experience of working in IT, project manager, system administrator, technical support from a year
Experience of working with CRM systems (Creatio, Odoo, or CRM systems in the Call Center - will be a plus)
Experience of supporting CRM systems
Knowledge of the methodology of implementing CRM solutions will be a plus
Ability to write technical tasks
Analytical mind and ability to structure information
Ability to multitask
