Responsibilities:

• CRM system optimization for optimal robots

• Ensuring prompt notification of the relevant departments about detected errors and taking measures to correct them.

• Ensuring compatibility and interoperability between different software products for optimal functioning.

• Resolving issues and coordinating actions with other departments regarding the implementation of new functionalities or solving problems.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of CRM technologies will be an advantage.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Experience with Google Sheets.

• Intermediate level of English.
