What will be included in your duties:

  • Management and development of the B2C customer loyalty program, analysis of coverage, engagement and efficiency;
  • Creation of communication scenarios with customers using the CDP platform;
  • Participation in the creation of a communication strategy;
  • Planning and analysis of key client metrics;
  • Study and analysis of the database in order to form the most relevant offer to users;
  • Development of a personal offer for users depending on LTV (onboarding/development/retention/return);
  • Performing A/B testing of business hypotheses directly on products;
  • Conducting an initial assessment of test results and making a decision based on the results of the assessment;
  • Forming requirements for related departments to conduct CRM campaigns;
  • Optimizing products to improve the client's profitability;
  • Regular analysis of competitors to understand the relevance of offers;
  • Developing reports and presentations.

If you:

  • Able to cope with a fast pace and a complex work environment;
  • Able to recognize problems and propose solutions;
  • A team player with a positive attitude;
  • Self-confident, efficient and result-oriented;
  • Have 2 years of CRM/Retention/Product Marketing experience.
  • Able to work with analysis data.
  • Experience with A/B tests.
  • You understand the development and launch of targeted campaigns and have knowledge of basic retention marketing metrics (LTV, Churn rate, AOV, etc.)
  • The ability to work with large volumes of data, user of Excel, PowerBI will be an advantage.
