We invite to our team a CRM manager

We expect:

• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns, tiger newsletters for customer retention.
• Analyze customer data to improve interactions and increase customer loyalty.
• Management of marketing campaign automation and database segmentation for personalized marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of retention strategies and implementing improvements based on the analysis of results.

Important:

• Experience in CRM/Marketing Automation/Loyalty/Direct Marketing;
• Possession of tools for attracting and retaining the client, as well as improving the client experience;
• Practical knowledge of segmentation and cohort data analysis;
• Sales/customer behavior indicators, formation of reporting systems.
• Advanced skills in working with large data sets, analytical tools (experienced user of Excel, experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.);
• Effective planning, basics of project management, effective communication;
• Attention to details, accuracy in work, creativity.
