Responsibilities: - Development and optimization of promo, trigger and transactional communications; - Development of existing and search for new communication channels; - Work with metrics: Retention Rate , Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate;- Audience segmentation: working with cohorts and groups of users;- Setting up and launching promo mechanics for different types of audiences;- Setting up and launching communications;- Forming and testing hypotheses to improve company metrics;- Automation of successful tests; - Interaction with other departments of the company.
