Our ideal candidate has:

• Knowledge of the basics of management, marketing and communications;
• Experience in market analysis from 2 years;
• Knowledge of marketing and product KPIs;
• Knowledge of communication methods;
• Experience with marketing and advertising activities from 2 years;
• Experience with text and visual content;
• Experience with creative communications (mailing through existing channels);
• Customer orientation, customer service, negotiations, presentations;
• Professional communication skills, time management, ability to work in multitasking mode.

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of SQL to work with data.

What you will do:

• Participate in the creation and implementation of customer relationship (CRM) strategies to increase loyalty and increase in sales;
• Analysis of customer data and market trends to optimize marketing campaigns and communication strategies;
• Development and coordination of loyalty programs, promotions for customers, upsales and crosssales;
• Preparation of reports and analytical dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives;
• Interaction with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to managing the client base.
