We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced CRM manager. Necessary experience: practical experience in the process of building user return chains, working with the customer journey, deep user segmentation (not only free/paid users and RFM analysis); 2 + years of experience working with such communication tools as e-mail and web-push, experience working with messengers will be a plus; understanding of key CRM metrics OR, CTOR, retention rate, Delivery rate, bounce & complaints rate; analytical mindset: analysis and optimization of the CRM funnel, work with metrics conversion rate, AVG check, ARPPU, repeat rate; desire and interest in the direction of retention. Responsibilities: development and launch « chains" of action-activities; newsjacking. Speculation on current trends (global or local). The ability to timely identify and use the work trend for your CA; setting tasks for developers, designers. copywriters and QA; active cooperation with product, support & analyst teams; development of new concepts for promos through CRM channels, use and improvement of already existing concepts; quarterly/monthly planning and reporting.
