Responsibilities: Formation of a CRM communication plan (viber, sms, email, push, others); Work with various CRM communication channels — preparation of samples and texts for mailings, conducting newsletters (viber, sms, email, push); Collection of information for newsletters from adjacent divisions of the company; Formation of reports and conclusions based on the results of newsletters and visualization of conclusions (graphics, presentations). We expect from you: 1 year of work experience as a CRM specialist/manager /analyst will be an advantage if there is no experience - we will teach you; Mastery of MS Excel at a high level, Power Point; Experience in preparing reports and presentations; Experience in writing viber/sms texts; Proactivity, systematicity, optimism and a sense of humor 😊 We are waiting for your resume to get to know each other better!
