Responsibilities: Improving processes and setting up the SRM system for optimal operation Ensuring prompt notification of the relevant departments about detected errors and taking measures to correct them. Ensuring compatibility and interaction between various software products for optimal functioning. Solving issues and coordinating actions with other departments regarding the implementation of new functionalities or solving problems. Requirements: Experience in the field of CRM technologies will be an advantage. High level of computer literacy. Experience with Google Sheets. Intermediate level of English.
