We expect from you: Experience in the field of CRM management of 3 years or more. Knowledge of the processes and techniques of hiring personnel in the SaaS segment. A significant advantage will be building a CRM from scratch. High level of self-organization and the ability to work in conditions of a high pace and volume of tasks. A high level of analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Requirements: Development of a CRM system from scratch. Implementation of a team interaction strategy. Data analysis and tracking of CRM performance indicators. and continuous improvement of the company's CRM system. Formation of a team from scratch according to the needs of the company. Conducting interviews, assessing the competencies of candidates and ensuring that their skills match the requirements of vacancies.
