A specialist who:

  • ?understands customer behavior and can influence it through relevant communications;
  • thinks with numbers and analytics;
  • ?enjoys processes, automation and system;
  • wants to work with a large-scale audience and a professional team.

? The main tasks that await you:

  • launch and administration of CRM campaigns and promotional programs;
  • management of the logic of discounts, bonuses and loyalty programs;
  • segmentation client base and creation of personalized scenarios;
  • development of technical tasks for the content team (copywriters, designers);
  • launch of promos and triggers in Viber, SMS and other channels;
  • analysis of results, generation of reports and recommendations;

We expect that you:
