That is why we need a strong CRM manager who will turn data into actionable insights and make the loyalty program one of the key points of business growth.
?? Who are we looking for?
A specialist who:
- ?understands customer behavior and can influence it through relevant communications;
- thinks with numbers and analytics;
- ?enjoys processes, automation and system;
- wants to work with a large-scale audience and a professional team.
? The main tasks that await you:
- launch and administration of CRM campaigns and promotional programs;
- management of the logic of discounts, bonuses and loyalty programs;
- segmentation client base and creation of personalized scenarios;
- development of technical tasks for the content team (copywriters, designers);
- launch of promos and triggers in Viber, SMS and other channels;
- analysis of results, generation of reports and recommendations;
- collaboration with IT and marketing to improve CRM processes;
- participate in the development of automation, feedback and customer metrics.
We expect that you:
- have a higher education (marketing/management/economics);
- worked in CRM or loyalty programs for 2 years;
- principles of segmentation and construction of client communications;
- confidently work with CRM systems (OneBox, Totus will be a plus) and Excel;
- love data, structure and accuracy;
- attentive, proactive (on) and always think of the resultvolume.
