CRM manager in EvoPlay

We develop top iGaming products with innovative mechanisms for attracting and retaining users, based on deep analytics and quick reactions to modern trends. We are looking for a CRM manager with a background in email marketing who will manage the user experience in chatbots. 

Requirements:

• experience in the position of Email Marketing/CRM/Retention manager from 2 years
• Practical cases of conducting targeted campaigns from concept development, business logic to practical implementation.
• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level, data analysis skills.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests.
• English level B2 or higher.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in Influence Marketing (working with bloggers/streamers) from 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Set up targeted communication chains with users in chatbots (telegram, whatsapp, discord).
• Study and analyze the database with the aim of forming the most relevant offer to users.
• Conduct A/B testing of business hypotheses on the product.
• Conduct initial evaluation of test results and make decisions based on evaluation results.
• Formulate requirements to related departments to conduct CRM campaigns.
• Optimize the product to improve the client's profitability.
• Regularly analyze competitors to understand the relevance of offers.
• Work with influencers, bloggers, streamers.
