Main tasks:
- SMS, viber, email mailings.
- Segmentation and development of acquired knowledge about guests.
- Automation of CRM processes.
- Development of campaign mechanics
- Testing of hypotheses, analysis of the companies carried out, selection of the best cases
- Building a multi- or omni-channel campaign with guests
- Budgeting
It is important for us:
- General and practical knowledge of segmentation, the main elements of the CRM architecture, the main and best practices of the platform and their differences, domain metrics, main segmentations for retail B2C business.
- Experience: CRM manager / campaign manager/ analyst in retail/telecom/banking/ecom.
- Desirable: be able to use/be interested in: SQL
