Purpose of the position: Effective management of communications with current clients, increasing conversion through the onboarding funnel, increasing client use of the bank's services and products, reducing client churn
Functional duties:
- analytics, work with statistical data, customer segmentation;
- building a system of communication with clients and reporting on it
development and implementation of a monthly communication plan together with business units; - preparation of "cleaning" of the client base, removal of unnecessary information and addition of necessary data;
- preparation and distribution of messages to clients;
- planning, control, generation of reports on the events;
- formation of tasks for developers, copywriters, designers, marketing managers.
Necessary qualifications:
- Experience as a CRM/retention manager or loyalty program manager
- Basic HTML skills preferred
- Experience in setting up CRM systems (OneBox will be a significant advantage)
- Financial niche experience would be an advantage
- Understanding and practical application of RFM, LTV and other relevant concepts and metrics.
