ABM Cloud is a B2B IT company that specializes in the development and implementation of cloud software solutions for business automation: management of production, stores, transport, warehouses, distribution , finances. 

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented CRM Administrator, who has the skills to carefully manage data and optimize business processes using the CRM system (HubSpot).  

Tell us what you will do:

  • Inbound lead stream qualification.

  • Working with the database - enrichment, cleaning, checking for correctness. 

  • Identification of duplicate Companies and Contacts and in the future theirmerger

  • Setting fields and analytical reports in Hubspot.

  • Showing a proactive position in terms of setting up various business processes for the convenience of the entire commercial team. 

  • Formation of audiences (for specific tasks: webinars, marketing mailings, etc.).

  • < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal">Setting bumpers.

  • Linkedin events: uploading databases to the CRM system.

  • Help with setting CRM-forms on the sites.

  • Settings of applications and various APIs (Replay, sendpulse, linkedin, fb, Zadarma) 

  • Monitoring the correct work of the commercial team in the CRM system (correct creation/filling/maintenance of fields, calls, meetings, deals by managers)

  • Basic knowledge of the English language (level A2 or higher)

  • Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot 

  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for evaluating information from multiple sources 

  • Proactivity and flexibility 

  • Independence and multitasking
