• Launch and analysis of promotional campaigns, tournaments and seasonal promotions.
• Organization of promotions, raffles and other activities to retain and return customers.
• Analyses of conducted promotions and calculation of ROMI.
• Creation and drawing of the mechanics of new promotions, preparation of technical specifications for developers (admin panel of product and marketing).
• Ensuring regular communication with the player via SMS, e-mail mail, messengers, push notifications and social networks.
• Setting up trigger chains.
• Communicating with the team to develop the overall strategy (ensuring regular communication with the player via SMS, email, messengers ) .

Our ideal candidate has:

• From 1 year experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketing Manager in IGaming or related niches.
• Confident command of customer.io.
• Experience in various CRM systems.
• Deep skills in campaign and competitor analysis.
• Experience building segmentation.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Tableau.
