Main duties:
Data collection, analysis and RFM customer base segmentation
Study of customer behavioral factors, formation of portraits
Development of a communication system in terms of customer segments to ensure the fulfillment of planned indicators
Configuration and implementation of advertising, trigger and automatic mailings to customers
Promotion settings
Loyalty program analysis
Improvement of CRM automation processes, including customization and optimization of customer data management systems
Conducting research
Preparation of customer reporting
Professional requirements:
Knowledge in the field of marketing and psychology of customer behavior
Ability to analyze and systematize data
Understanding methods of influencing customer behavior
Practical experience in improving the CRM system, setting up TK and interacting with developers
Work with 1C, Power Bi (knowledge of SQL, Python will be an advantage)
Personal qualities:
High responsibility and focus on results
Detailed thinking, focus on the quality of processes
Education:
Higher education in marketing, statistics, economics
Relevant certification courses are a big advantage
