CRM manager in Union Group

In connection with active development, the Union Group of Companies invites candidates to participate in the competition for the position CRM manager.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with CRM systems from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the retail market;
• Experience in working with various communication channels (viber, email, sms, push, web, messengers and others) , funnel setup;
• A/B test experience;
• Proficient in Excel.

Functional duties:

• Automation and configuration of all communication channels with funnels (viber, email, sms, push, web, messengers and others) ;
• Writing, proofreading, ensuring accuracy of content and URLs for newsletters;
• Hypothesis testing, A /B testing. Control, support, resolution of possible technical problems in configured triggers;
• Comparison of mailings via e-Sputnik and GMS. Preparation of reports. Analysis of costs for mailings, search for the optimal channel/funnel;
• Development and highlighting of individual segments of Customers, management of behavior patterns through various communication channels and personal offers.
