We are currently expanding our team and are looking for of an experienced CRM-manager.

Required experience:

  • practical experience in the process of building user return chains, working with customer journey, deep user segmentation (not only free/paid users and RFM analysis);
  • 2 + years of experience working with such communication tools as e-mail and web-push, experience working with messengers will be a plus;

  • understanding of key CRM metrics OR, CTOR, retention rate, Delivery rate, bounce & complaints rate;
  • analytic mindset: analysis and optimization of CRM funnel, working with conversion rate metrics, AVG check, ARPPU, repeat rate;

Responsibilities:

  • development and launch of "chains" of action-activities;
