Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a CRM/Risk promo analyst. creative abilities to successfully develop and implement bonus programs to attract and retain users. Key tasks: Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of bonus mechanics in order to build long-term relationships with users. Segmentation of users, implementation of personalized promo offers within segments. by specialists in launching campaigns for customer retention, reactivation and cross-sale Analysis and improvement of quality indicators of the user base Calculation of budgets and effectiveness of campaigns Reporting Experience and skills: experience of working in a similar position for at least 3 years experience of working with e-mail platforms (eSputnik, SendPulse, HubSport or others ) knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level, knowledge and use of the following metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ROMI and ROI, GGR and NGR, experience in conducting A/B tests, working with audience segmentation to build an effective communication strategy with each client, the ability to plan your work process Stages selection: Interview with a recruiter — Interview with a potential manager — Collection of recommendations — Job Offer.
