We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galaktica , which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world. Our company, like our main product, is already 4 years old. Our products are successful, and this allows us to grow and develop our employees, scale and invest in new internal startups. In this regard, the company structure includes a marketing agency, which we are actively scaling and developing, which is why we are looking for a motivated CRM integrator to join our team, who will help us not only bring our CRM to perfection , and maybe become a top consultant for the implementation of CRM for our clients

Currently, we are moving towards the creation of an IT holding and are developing a new startup in an interesting niche using artificial intelligence, which we will scale to the whole world.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

— You have 6 months of work experience as a CRM integrator;
— Understand the main tasks of business and the construction of effective business processes;
— You know how to form TK;
— Know how to work with data and reports;
- Understand the principles of Tableu and Google Workspace,
- Can quickly understand the technical documentation;
—Have analytical skills.

It will be a plus if you:

- have experience working with Planfix and configuring it.
- Good command of SQL or Python
- Had experience configuring integration of CRM systems with third-party systems.

Your immediate tasks will be:

— To create new and make changes to existing business processes in the CRM system;
— Create new and maintain old reporting forms in the CRM system;
— Set up CRM integrations with other software;
—Control the correctness of reports and entering information into SRM;
— You will control the correctness of reports and entering information into CRM;
— To form a system of rights and permissions in SRM to grant access rights;
— Participate in meetings related to the functioning of the SRM;
— Teach employees how to use new features in SRM.
