We are looking for a specialist to lead the CRM Creatio implementation project in the Life Biochem group of companies. Preference is given to specialists with relevant experience working with the Creatio platform.
Your main tasks will be:
- CRM configuration of business processes, functionality, analytics that do not require intervention developers;
- Cooperation with Creatio providers on the implementation of business processes, functionality, analytics, and platform deployment;
- Step-by-step optimization of existing business processes in CRM Creatio in cooperation with platform providers;
- Automation of existing work processes in CRM Creatio;
- Customization of CRM modules Creatio;
- Carry out modeling and development of business processes, cases, on the existing Creatio platform in cooperation with platform providers;
- CRM Creatio integration with the 1C accounting platform in cooperation with our 1C specialist;
- CRM Creatio integration with other systems and tools used in our company;
- Analysis and coordination business requirements for the project;
- Maintenance of project documentation;
- Support of CRM Creatio maintenance processes, resolution of problematic issues, testing of changes within the framework of releases together with representatives of the Creatio team;
- Elimination of conflicts related to software compatibility, databases.
Expectations from candidates:
- Desirable experience in participating in full cycles of CRM systems implementation projects (from requirements analysis to launch and support).
- Ability to analyze our business processes, understand needs and propose solutions
- Higher education in the field of information technology or related education;
- Experience with data conversion;
- Experience in building and configuring business processes in CRM Creatio from 1 year;
- Understanding its structure, differences in administration, technical properties, principles of interaction with other systems;
- Skills in integrating the CRM system with other corporate programs (ERP, 1C, analytics systems, services mailing, telephony, etc.).
- Ability to structure and systematize information;
- Understanding the product life cycle;
- Skills to identify and eliminate technical problems related to the operation of the CRM system.
- Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals and results;
