Job description: Due to active development, we are looking for an implementation and support assistant of our Bitrix24 CRM. This role involves working closely with the IT team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our system, which is key to achieving our business goals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 🔬 Testing new system features. 📞 Collecting user feedback and implementing functions of the "first line of support". 🤝 Interaction with departments to determine development needs. 🔧 Execution of small technical improvements with the support of the manager. 📄 Development of documentation for users and creation of a knowledge base. 📅 Organization of meetings in the middle of the team and preparation of materials. 🎓 Conducting trainings and consultations commands for using the system. Candidate requirements: 🏚 Work in an office (Dnipro) 💻 Confident use of a PC and office programs. 🧠 Analytical skills and ability to structure information. 🎯 High responsibility and attention to details. ⏱ Punctuality. 🤝 Excellent communication skills. 🔗 Ability to think logically .📑 Organizational skills.✍️ Literacy.📊 Experience with CRM or ERP systems is welcome.
