Remote CRM Implementation Analyst We are looking for an energetic and talented CRM Implementation Analyst to help realize our mission to help businesses optimize their processes by improving customer base management, automating work processes and increasing staff productivity through CRM implementation. In this role, you will interact directly with clients on projects to solve practical business tasks, implementing and supporting CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, NetHunt). At the end of each of our projects, we see the result of our work: one of our clients automates routine tasks, analytics, or increases income due to the solutions we implemented. Therefore, you will be part of the success of each project. Usually, work is carried out on several projects at the same time (2-7), so you will be able to gain experience in different areas of the clients' business. Main responsibilities 1. Interaction with Salesjam clients regarding the implementation and improvement of CRM: — preparation of technical documentation, — description of processes, — project planning, — control of budget deadlines, — conducting meetings with the client and communication between them. — technical settings of Zoho systems (CRM, Analytics, Desk, SalesIQ and others), Pipedrive, KeyCRM or NetHunt. 2. Setting and monitoring tasks for the developer for development or external integration. 3. Conducting video presentations of training for the client's employees, developing video and text instructions, writing regulations. 4. Customer support after project launch. 5. Formation of the company's knowledge base and participation in process improvement. Pre-candidate requirements —Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, systems analysis, or related field. — Experience from 1 year of implementation of CRM or ERP implementation projects. —Knowledge of the basics of project management. —Knowledge of the basics of software development. —A confident level of English (for some projects, communication with the client in English, as well as learning how to create documentation and viewing Zoho workshops in English). —Self-organization of work for the result. — Ability to work with several projects at the same time from 2 to 7. Will be a big advantage: —Experience with Zoho Deluge or Javascript can also be applied or experience as a Back-end developer. —Experience implementing Zoho, NetHunt, Pipedrive, HubSpot or others. —Experience of manual testing. —Understanding sales processes.
