In this role, you will interact directly with clients on projects to solve practical business challenges, implementing and supporting CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, NetHunt).
At the end of each of our projects, we see the result of our work: one of our clients automates routine tasks, analytics or increases income due to the solutions we implemented. Therefore, you will be part of the success of each project. Usually, work is carried out with several projects at the same time, so you will have the opportunity to gain experience from different areas of the client's business.
What you will deal with
- Conducting meetings and interviews with the client to identify business processes.
- Preparation of technical documentation, description of processes in BPMN / tables.
- Configuration of Zoho CRM, KeyCRM, Pipedrive and other CRM products from the company portfolio.

Our ideal candidate
- Experience from 1 year of implementation of CRM implementation projects or related fields.
- Knowledge of the basics of business analysis.
- Knowledge of the basics of project management.
- Knowledge of the basics of software development.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes.

- Experience with Zoho Deluge or Javascript.
- Experience in implementing Zoho / /Bitrix / HubSpot or others.
