The purpose of the role is to improve the effectiveness of Odoo implementation by providing systematic internal team support: responses, query typing, training materials and knowledge order

What you will do

  • Educate and support users of the CRM/ERP system (Odoo): explain cases "in a human way" and help to quickly understand.
  • Prepare instructions and materials for new functionality (texts, short guides, checklists).
  • Administer the system at the basic level: accesses, passwords, small changes made through the interface.
  • Accept and initially process requests: type, respond or draw up a detailed description of the need.
  • Check the bugflow for reproducibility (before deployment).

What is important from experience/skills/soft skills

  • Confident work at a computer (tablesExcel / Google Sheets).
  • Experience / ability to work with knowledge bases and texts: Notion / Confluence / Wiki / Loop (or similar).
  • Understanding of task trackers: Jira or others.
