CRM/ERP Developer in PrivatBank

About project: the team is engaged in the administration and automation of the Ivanti system. We are actively developing and trying to be even better.

Main duties:

• Setting up system logic: design, configuration and optimization of work processes, business rules and automations in Ivanti Neurons ITSM
• Development of reports: creation and maintenance of functional dashboards and analytical reports for process monitoring and decision-making
• Scripting: writing and maintenance of JavaScript scripts to expand system functionality and automate tasks
• Integrations support: participation in technical implementation and support of Ivanti Neurons ITSM integrations with other corporate systems (if available) of experience)
• Technical support: resolving incidents and problems related to the functioning of Ivanti Neurons ITSM

Basic requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with corporate systems: administration, configuration, and support of ITSM/ERP/CRM or similar systems, including customizing workflows and logic
• Scripting skills: hands-on experience writing scripts (JavaScript) to automate and extend systems functionality
• Reporting skills: experience creating dashboards and analytical reports in corporate systems

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with Ivanti Neurons ITSM
• Knowledge of key IT service management processes (preferably ITIL)
