Oversee data migration tothe new CRMplatform, ensuring accuracy. Integrate the CRM with other systems for efficient data flow. Manage user access and permissions, configuring security settings, and conducting audits toprevent unauthorized access. Adapt the training materials and conduct sessions for staff. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Implement security measures against unauthorized access and cyber threats. Work with the Paris office inorder toimplement improvements for better functionality and user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree inComputer Science, Information Systems, orarelated field. 3-5 years ofexperience inCRM database implementation and security management. Strong understanding ofdata security principles and best practices. Previous experience inNGO will beaplus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
