Creatio CRM specialist in Delta Medical

We are an international pharmaceutical holding and we are forming a team to develop a CRM system. 

- Testing and validation of implemented solutions;

- Preparation of documentation on functionality, instructions for users;

- Participation in CRM Creatio development projects.

 Requirements for the candidate:

- Higher technical or economic education (IT, automation, information systems);

- 1+ years of experience working with the Creatio platform (or analogs of BPM/CRM low-code systems);

- Experience in configuring processes, objects, roles, business logic through UI.

- Ability to understand the logic of business processes and offer optimal methods of automation;

- Experience in formalizing requirements, drafting diagrams, description of processes (BPMN/UML will be a plus);

- Critical thinking and system approach;

- Ability to work with several tasks in parallel, set priorities.

- Knowledge of Creatio configuration tools: sections, details, business processes, business logic rules, guides;

- Experience with Freedom UI, business processes, Web services (SOAP/REST) will be a plus;

- Basic understanding of JavaScript/SQL/C# - will be a plus, but not critical;

- Knowledge of the principles of integration with external systems (API, webhooks).

It will be an advantage:

+ Participation in the implementation of Creatio as a functional consultant or system analyst;

+ Experience in interacting with users and by customers within agile teams;

+ Availability of Creatio certifications.
