CRM Consultant in Pro Pharma

The pharmaceutical company "Pro-Pharma" invites you to take part in the competition for the vacant position: "CRM consultant". Job duties: Administration of users of the 1C system and mobile application (setting up access rights, adding accompanying information to the system); Consulting users of 1C and mobile application (telephony, applications in the system, chat bots); programs arise in the Work at the request of users; Participation in the development of technical tasks for programmers, regarding the finalization of the functionality of the program and troubleshooting. Expectations from the candidate: Higher technical education, preferably IT; Understanding of the functional features and principles of CRM systems and other programs; Work experience with CRM systems and applications, as well as experience in supporting CRM users and users of other programs will be a plus for the candidate; Experience in consulting; Experience and skills in training users to work in programs; Ability to process large data sets, understanding and experience in building analytical reports in various sections of CRM data; Ability to adapt instructions and prepare work presentations for CRM users and users of other programs; Proactivity, responsibility, punctuality; Multitasking and communication skills.
