We are currently looking for CRM & Retention Marketer, this specialist should be engaged in:
- building a system of personalized communications,
- increasing LTV and frequency of purchases,
- implementing automation in KeyCRM,
- managing email / SMS / push / web-push channels,
- creating loyalty programs and managing by client segments.
This is a role about analytics, triggers, segmentation and systemic impact on revenue, not about letter design.
Zones responsibilities:
CRM strategy and analytics
- Develop and implement CRM and retention strategy for e-com and brands;
- Work with KeyCRM: segmentation, triggers, automation, priorities;
- Track key metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, AOV, purchase 2/? time, churn rate;
- Conduct cohort analyses, RFM segmentation, user behavior assessment;
- Look for insights in the database and propose solutions that increase repeat sales.
Automations (email, SMS, push, web-push)
Control over segmentation, frequency, relevance of messages;
Implement and optimize automations:
- welcome series (from the first contact to the first purchase),
- abandoned cart / browse,
- replenishment triggers (repeated purchase after product),
- win-back (return of inactive customers),
- post-purchase flow (collection of feedback, cross-sell).
Loyalty programs
- Develop and implement a loyalty program: mechanics, bonuses, cashback, levels;
- Analyze the effectiveness of the program and increase customer engagement;
- Create stimulating scenarios for repeat purchases.
Direct-Marketing and Personalization
- Launch e-mail / SMS / push campaigns: activation, retention, reactivation;
- Work on personalization of content and offers;
- Create cyclic communication calendars;
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize CTR, open rate, conversion to purchase.
Communication with teams
- Work with the Head of Digital - adopt priorities and metrics;
- Cooperate with marketing, analysts, e-com, design;
- Control the quality of data collection in CRM and their correctness.
The candidate we need:
- 2+ years in CRM / retention / lifecycle marketing (beauty, fashion or e-com is a big plus);
- Experience with KeyCRM or similar systems (Retently, Klaviyo, Mindbox);
- Knowledge: RFM analysis, cohort analysis, LTV, segmentation, retention funnels;
- Experience in building automation and trigger scenarios;
- It will be an advantage: experience in beauty or FMCG, experience with affiliate programs, understanding of e-commerce unit economics.
