Our CRM system support team is looking for a new colleague for the role of Business / System Analyst

What you will do

• Form a solution backlog by decomposing requirements.
• Collect and analyze documents and specifications.
• Identify and analyze stakeholder requirements.
• Create requirements specifications.
• Automation of business requirements.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle.
• Prepare demo materials that impress and inspire teams.
• Support the process of developing solutions to ensure the success of the project.
• Analyze the compliance of project solutions with requirements.
• Conduct UAT.

What qualifications and experience are required

• From 2 years of experience in business/systems analysis.
• Experience in gathering and managing the requirements lifecycle.
• Experience in writing functional requirements, technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, APISPEC, Adminguides.
• Experience using uml notation for modeling functional requirements.
• High communication and interviewing skills.
• Visualization skills and making presentations to stakeholders.
• Understanding of construction principles and experience of working with relational / non-relational databases (Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB), knowledge of SQL (select / insert / update / delete).

Experience with tools:

1. For requirements management: Confluence, Jira, GIT
2. For analysis: Postman, SQLDeveloper

• Understanding and experience in working with data exchange protocols (REST/JSON/XML/SOAP/Websocket).
• Experience in writing technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, Admin guides.
• Understanding the digital product development management process.
• Experience working with a voice bot, with a chatbot.
• Knowledge of the latest open source machine learning technologies to improve our solutions. To be aware of the latest AI trends and trends.
• Experience in applying ML models to solve real problems and business needs.
• Experience using well-known LLMs such as ChatGPT or Gemini or others for business process automation.
• Experience using Open Source LLMs will be a plus.

A plus will be

• Understanding of the software life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of NoCode or LowCode solutions for building automation using AI.
• Understanding CI/CD processes (Jenkins).
• Experience in providing advice on the possibilities of using AI for business needs.
• Implementation and optimization of ML models for performance, scalability and reliability of the solution.
• Work experience in Telecom.
