MISSION: As a key player in the CRM department, you’ll help team of Conversion and Retention teams to analyse results of execution of campaigns and workflows, find key points for their improvement, and achieve product goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support to the CRM department. Visualize performance metrics through insightful dashboards for end users to make data-driven decisions.
- Define and calculate relevant KPIs to monitor online casino performance. Understanding and calculating crm metrics: LTV, Retention Rate, direct marketing metrics and e.t.c.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate and report on data, and experience using platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau for reporting.
- Conducting A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
- Analyzing player data to understand player behavior, preferences, and engagement metrics;
- Conducting in-depth analysis of game metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with cross-teams to leverage data-driven insights for main customer experience domains
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills: The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights Advanced practical experience with SQL Experience with Python or R as Data Analyst Experience of working with a large amount of data Experience of working with API (loading and transforming data from services into insights and recommendations) Data visualization skills and experience with BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
- Profound comprehension of variables impacting profitability of the product.
- Understanding of Igaming or Sportsbook product.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
