What you will do

• Form a solution backlog by decomposing requirements.
• Collect and analyze documents and specifications.
• li>Identify and analyze stakeholder requirements.
• Create requirements specifications.
• Automate business requirements.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle.
• Prepare demo materials that impress and inspire teams.
• Support the solution development process to ensure project success.
• Analyze the compliance of project solutions with requirements.
• Conduct UAT.

What qualifications and experience are required

• From 2 years of experience in business/systems analysis.
• Experience in collection and management life cycle of requirements.
• Experience in writing functional requirements, technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, APISPEC, Adminguides.
• Experience in using uml notation for modeling functional requirements.
• li>High communication and interviewing skills.
• Skills in visualization and making presentations to stakeholders.
• Understanding construction principles and experience with relational / non-relational databases (Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB) , knowledge of SQL (select / insert / update / delete).
• Experience with tools:

For requirements management: Confluence, Jira, GIT

• Understanding and experience in working with data exchange protocols (REST/JSON/XML/SOAP/Websocket).
• Experience in writing technical, project documentation: BRD, SRS, Admin guides.
• Understanding the process of managing the development of digital products.
• Experience working with a voice bot, with a chatbot.
• Knowledge of the latest technologies open source machine learning to improve our solutions. Be aware of the latest AI trends and trends.
• Experience in applying ML models to solve real-world problems and business needs.
• Experience in using well-known LLMs such as ChatGPT or Gemini or other for automation business processes.
• Experience using Open Source LLMs will be a plus.
• An understanding of the software life cycle (SDLC) will be a plus.
• Knowledge of NoCode or LowCode solutions for building automations using AI.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes (Jenkins).
• Experience in providing advice on opportunities to useAI development for business needs.
• Implementation and optimization of ML models for performance, scalability and reliability of the solution.
• Experience in Telecom.
