Basic requirements:

• Accepting requests from users. Analysis of incidents, identification of problems and their solutions;
• Coordination of actions of other IT units of the Company in the process of eliminating incidents;
• Setting up and support of productive, test and integration environments, support of development teams;< /li>
• Participating in setting up integrations between services, developing architectural solutions when implementing system development tasks;
• Analyzing technical and applied problems related to the implementation and maintenance of information systems;

• Development of operational documentation and instructions;
• Performance of routine work on service operation, installation and configuration of solution components (program server, database, caching server, etc.).
