In connection with the expansion of our activities, we are looking for an Assistant Crewing Manager who will help ensure the effective work of the crewing department and ensure high quality of service to our customers.

Tasks:

- Active participation in the selection and placement of professional personnel on sea vessels;

- Ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed during hiring and firing seafarers;

- Carrying out organizational and administrative tasks related to supporting the work of the crewing department;

- Checking documents necessary for the implementation of the correct registration of labor relations with seafarers;

- Ensuring an effective communication process with seafarers and other interested parties.

Requirements:

- Higher education in the field of maritime transport, crewing or similar specialties (will be an advantage);

- Experience in the field of crewing will be an advantage;

- Experience working with people is a must;

- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate;

- Ability to work with a computer and office programs;

- High responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
