Position functions: Assessing the creditworthiness of counterparties (including analysis of the Group of related counterparties, risk assessment of the field of operation), probability of default, calculation of the recommended credit limit, assessment of a potential agreement for the purpose of credit risk identification, calculation of the amount of risk, analysis and approval of contracts and agreements, formation of a list of comments. Participation in the development of contract templates Providing proposals to optimize the structure of the agreement taking into account the creditworthiness of the counterparty Forming materials for consideration by a collegial body regarding the establishment of a credit limit, terms of cooperation with the counterparty Ensuring a daily, sufficient level of control over the fulfillment of the established conditions (control of the loading of the credit limit, control of the deadlines for updating limits/ratings) , monitoring the amount of overdue debt, keeping a collateral register Management of receivables and overdue debt, initiation of legal actions regarding debt collection Formation of regular reporting to management Development of communication with the Sales team and related divisions for the purposes of effective credit risk management Development of regulatory documents on credit risks Education/qualification: Higher education (finance, mathematics, economics ).Work experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Credit function, in risk management, financial analysis or financial controlling, Experience in analyzing contracts with counterparties, preferably experience in the energy industry (incl. ZED), s/g industry Required skills and knowledge: PC skills required (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of PowerQuery or PowerBI or VBA would be an advantage Intermediate/or better English communication skills required (written and verbal) High attention to detail, "sharp eye" for data inconsistencies , the ability to provide high quality management reporting during the daily routine process Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate with diverse groups and individuals With us you will receive: Competitive income level.
