This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing and developing VisionFund’s credit business in Ukraine. The role involves creating and implementing a comprehensive credit business strategy, including digital platform initiatives, which are crucial for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Business Management:

• Implement the approved business plan, oversee the department’s operations, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
• Evaluate the performance of the credit business, identify gaps, and provide effective strategies for improvement.
• Develop targets and coordinate the visit schedules of credit officers.
• Create and update the credit policy (at least once per year) in collaboration with VFI representatives to align with market needs.
• Ensure the implementation of the credit policy in compliance with Ukrainian legislation.
• Recruit, manage, and develop the performance and potential of the Credit Department staff.

Product and Service Development:

• Inform the CEO of potential opportunities for business improvement based on market trends.
• Monitor and analyze the market, providing a development plan for strategic business improvements.
• Collect information and analyze the company’s strategic market position.
• Collaborate with the development department to conduct market research, identify new locations, target clients, products, and services.
• Analyze internal and external markets to identify new strategies and approaches for improving operations and efficiency across regions.

Senior Management Responsibilities:

• Serve as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Participate in the client complaints committee, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
