• conducting financial analysis of medium-sized business clients and medium-sized corporate clients/groups in accordance with the Bank's requirements;
• conducting an analysis of the need to attract credit funds, calculation of credit limits;
• analysis of the financial model (forecast P&L, Cash-Flow) and investment projects, calculation of their payback;
• structuring of credit agreements, including providing recommendations on the application of financial and non-financial covenant;
• preparation of conclusions regarding the possibility of carrying out a credit operation;
• coordinating with the Bank's services the terms of lending for further discussion of issues at the Bank's collegial bodies;
• protection of loan projects at the Bank's collegial bodies.

You are "our person" if you have:

higher education (Finance and credit);
• work experience in credit or risk departments of banks with medium-sized business clients and corporate clients from 5 years;
• skills in in-depth analysis of agricultural enterprises;
• experience in qualitative analysis of financial and consolidated reporting of clients/groups;
• understanding of business processes and the competitive environment in various sectors of the economy (rural economy, trade, production, renewable energy sources, etc.);
• knowledge of the basics of accounting, principles of drafting and consolidation of financial statements of legal entities;
• responsibility, efficiency and highth level of self-organization;
• knowledge of the main regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine that regulate the activities of banks in lending.
