We sincerely invite you to join< competition for the vacant position of specialist with of credit control in the financial control team and /strong>accounting of LLC with foreign investments "Volvo Ukraine".

As a credit control specialist you will be responsible for the successful implementation of activities in the field credit control in accordance with the policies and procedures of "Volvo Ukraine" and will be part of the financial control and accounting department, which contributes to the successful commercial activity of the company under the Volvo and Renault Trucks brands. "Volvo Ukraine" office is located in Kyiv. We offer a fixed-term employment contract for a period of 1 year, a combined work schedule is considered (office/remote work).

Main duties:

• Deciding issues related to accounts receivable. Collect and analyze information about customers and provide proposals to the company's management to prevent and reduce existing debts. 
• Initiate and participate in credit committee meetings, keep minutes. Prepare information on the status of debt, report on the measures taken and make a forecast on the level of debt. Act within the framework of credit control procedures at the enterprise; ensure the best methods of managing receivables.
• Communicate with clients, ensure compliance with payment terms. Official correspondence (preparation of reminder letters, acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements); initiate, prepare the necessary documentation and provide support to lawyers during court cases with the company's debtors (upon request and availability).
• Initiate and draw up debt repayment schedules, coordinate financial and legal issues with clients regarding debt minimization.

• Preparation of contracts for clients based on available templates. Maintenance of the database of contracts. 
• Conduct credit risk assessment.
• Monitor that customers do not exceed established credit limits.
• If necessary, apply fines (discount control) and charge penalties to customers with overdue debt.    
• Inform the involved units in the company in cases related to credit control. 
• Compile reports on overdue debts, general debts; repaid debts; payment schedule; losses in connection with credit risk.
• Compile the calculation of the semi-annual reserve for doubtful debts, the reserve for write-off of bad debts. Conductedi of relevant operations in 1C.
• Control the receipt of funds to the company's current account, timely inform specialists in work with clients.
• Record funds in the 1C and MIF systems (the company's internal system) , carry out adjustments, cancellations, refunds, reconciliations of mutual accounts with clients, etc. upon request.
