We are seeking an experienced Creative Webflow Developer/Designer to enrich our development team. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in crafting responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow and other low-code/no-code platforms. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who excels at translating design concepts into seamless web functionalities.Responsibilities:– Develop and launch responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow, and potentially other low-code platforms like Framer;– Collaborate closely with the design team;– Implement best practices for website speed optimization and SEO to enhance website performance and visibility;– Seamlessly integrate third-party scripts, APIs, and Webflow-specific integrations to extend website functionality;– Utilize your expertise in web motion and animation to create engaging and interactive web elements;– Innovate and share web production methodologies to advance the agency’s capabilities.Requirements:– A minimum of 2 years of experience in Webflow development;– English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher;– Proven commercial experience with advanced Webflow features, including CMS, localizations, and integrations, particularly with Finsweet Attributes;– Demonstrable portfolio featuring responsive web design projects executed in Webflow;– Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;– Deep understanding of SEO best practices and compliance;– Skills in web animations and dynamic visual effects;– Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to collaborate within a team setting;– Figma proficiency, including developer mode, auto layout, and design systems;– Website design skills would be a major plus.The recruitment process for the Creative Webflow Developer/Designer position will consist of four stages:1.
