Creative UI Designer in Cosmos Studio

Functional Responsibilities

• Design and make UI for sites, applications and products, from user flow to final visual.

• Work in Figma systematically, components, design system, Auto Layout, states, order in files.

• Use AI in the process every day, content, visual, motion, prototypes, acceleration routines.

• Prepare short Loom presentations in English, explain solutions and logic.

• Receive feedback from the team: iterate quickly and accurately, without drama and chaos.

Will be an advantage

• Branding and identity: you know how to build a visual brand system and transfer it to the UI.

• Motion and micro-animations, transitions, micro-interactions, at least at the level of a figma-prototype or short videos.

• 3D when appropriate: for hero or visuals (Spline, Blender, Cinema 4D).

• Experience with SaaS or product teams, understanding of conversion, retention, UX metrics.

• Presentation as a working skill: you can sell a solution through Loom so that the client says “wow, super!”.

• AI as a daily tool, not a toy: real examples of how AI improves quality and speed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio with real cases in web design and UI (Behance or website).

• Independence: there will be an art director who will guide, but you have to think independently.

• Confident work in Figma: know the functions well, use them and be able to tell what new updates have appeared.

• Conversational English for client calls and presentations.

• Taste and accuracy, the ability to keep quality under deadlines.

• Normal, adult communication: positive, essentially, without chaos.
