Creative Team Lead in AGAMA

Your ideas will shape the visual face of brands.

And now we are looking for a Creative Team Lead - a leader who will lead our art team forward, inspire new visual solutions and keep the quality at the level of international standards.

          What you will do:

• Head the art department: art directors, designers, illustrators, motion designers.

• Guarantee the ideal visual level of projects — from digital and SMM to outdoor, branding, print, 3D and POS materials.

• Give clear, inspiring and constructive feedback.

• Ensure balance between creative vision and clear deadlines.

• Form a culture of creativity and high standards in the team.

• Follow trends and implement innovative approaches to design.

          What we expect from you:

• You have 5+ years of experience as Head Of Art / Art Director in advertising or creative agencies.

• You have a strong portfolio with various formats of works.

• You know how to manage a team, plan the workload and set priorities.

• You have professional graphic editors.

• You have developed leadership and communication skills.
  Result-oriented, attentive to details and strive to make a “wow” in every project.
