Creative Sales Manager in ad2Lynx

Ad2Lynx Ltd. — an international media holding with headquarters in London and offices in Ukraine, Poland, Great Britain. For more than 6 years, we have been successfully implementing projects in various directions: Ecommerce (mainly health & beauty products), Creative Production; Software Development. Developing the creative advertising department (Tik Tok, Facebook), we are actively looking for a Creative Sales Manager who will represent us to clients and be responsible for managing the process of creating creatives. 📌 What we value?- Inexhaustible energy and openness to new challenges;- Responsibility and leadership qualities;- Attention to details and healthy perfectionism;- Ability and desire to be part of a team. 📌 What will you need to do?- Development and presentation of creative strategies for clients companies;- Management of the internal process of creative production (Tik Tok and Facebook);- Brainstorm new approaches and ideas for advertising together with the creative team;- Analysis of creative performance indicators: CTR, CR, CTA, etc. 📌 This role is for you, if you:- Have experience of working with creative projects from 1 year; Easily generate ideas, know how to present them and convince them of the need for their implementation;- Confidently use design or editing tools (for example, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Sony Vegas) ;- You speak English at the Intermediate level and above. 📌It will be an advantage:- Experience in team management;- Experience in writing clear and understandable terms. 📌What is the hiring roadmap for the position of Creative Sales Manager?
